At Club TwentyFive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return the items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
  2. Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at enquiries@clubtwentyfive.shop to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send back your item(s).
  3. Shipping:

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
    • Include a copy of the original receipt and the RA number.
    • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

  1. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.
    • Upon approval, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
